We take pride in the quality of our products. All items except paddles come with a 30-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product can be repaired, we’ll fix it. If not, we’ll replace it with a new one. Still not satisfied? We offer a full money-back guarantee.

 

All paddles have a SIX MONTH WARRANTY against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle valid starting the date of receipt.

• Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.
  
• Proof of purchase is required (bank & credit card statements can be used).
• Warranty claims are typically processed within 3-4 business days and are subject to shipping charges. 
• Warranty returns may not come with accessories including paddle covers so please specify if you have any requests when placing your warranty claim.
• Tabloza may exercise the right to judge and determine whether a paddle is covered by our warranty and whether to replace it.
